Portfolio and client materials

Case studies may include work created by Huzmark Tech, work completed with clients or collaborators, and materials shown with permission. A featured client name or logo does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless we expressly say so.

You may not copy product interfaces, confidential details, media, or client materials from our portfolio for use in another product, presentation, promotion, dataset, or automated system without permission from the relevant rights owner.

Enquiries and client work

Sending an enquiry, booking a call, or discussing an idea does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or exclusive relationship. We are not required to accept a project or provide services until a written agreement is accepted.

Please do not send passwords, access keys, regulated data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information through the website or an initial email. If confidential information is needed to evaluate a project, contact us first so appropriate safeguards or a non-disclosure agreement can be considered.

Any proposal or estimate is subject to its stated assumptions, scope, exclusions, validity period, and acceptance requirements. Scope, fees, deposits, expenses, timing, approvals, change requests, intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, warranties, support, cancellation, and liability for paid client work will be set out in the applicable signed agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that project.

We may update the website or these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when the latest version took effect. Changes apply from the date the updated Terms are posted and do not rewrite an existing signed client agreement.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website where reasonably necessary. We are not responsible for keeping any particular page, feature, case study, or item of content permanently available.

General terms and disputes

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

A signed client agreement determines the governing law and dispute process for that project. For website matters not covered by another agreement, applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined by Huzmark Tech’s principal place of business and any mandatory rules that apply to you.
